[ There's some things that never change. There's a bar like this in every town. It's a place where, even without planning to, they somehow always find themselves at just the right time to bump into each other.

In spite of all logic saying otherwise, in the original world it would always feel as though the seat next to him would soon be filled once more. But the nebulous time period known as "soon" would never come.

It has here though. This place has served its purpose, and so he slides out of his seat. He doesn't relinquish his grip on Odasaku's hand, but instead gives a light tug. ]

Well then, why don't we go see more of it? We have nothing but time now, and there's plenty of other sights to behold. There's a restaurant that I think you'll like, and the library is larger than any I've seen. There's an arcade too... It even has a poison garden. Isn't that lucky?

[ There's a soft chuckle. Retirement doesn't sound so bad. ]
